A check on noticing that attention left and bringing it back, once, without a lecture.
About this test
Jon Kabat-Zinn's description of mindfulness — paying attention on purpose, in the present, without an immediate verdict — is the tradition behind the return rep. The skill is not a blank mind. It is noticing that attention left, and coming back. Body cues are early data, not a diagnosis. The percent is how often you chose the return.
