A check on collecting facts so one hard moment does not narrate your whole worth.
About this test
Global self-esteem is a slippery target. Kristin Neff's self-compassion research and classic cognitive work on worth as a record of evidence, rather than a mood, are the neighbors. These items score whether you widened the record, answered yourself with less global contempt, or let 'enough for today' be a real stop. The percent is practice. It is not a measure of your worth.
