A check on owning a miss, leaving room for impact, and following words with a visible behavior.
About this test
Repair attempts (Gottman) and clear interpersonal requests (the interpersonal-effectiveness side of Linehan's skills) are the research neighbors. A relationship test here asks whether you came back to the conversation, named the request, or reached once while lonely. The percent is the skill, not a verdict on the relationship. Loneliness as a felt gap has its own reflection test.
