Loneliness Reach

Loneliness is a signal that connection matters, and it is not proof that you are unwanted. This page helps you send one reachable bid and decide how you will care for yourself either way.

Write when loneliness shows up most, and what kind of contact you miss: practical help, shared play, or being known.

Name one person or group that is safe enough for a small reach. Note why they fit, and skip anyone who leaves you feeling smaller.

Draft a specific message with a time, a place, or a simple question. Keep it under four sentences and read it aloud once.

Write one small way you will prepare so the contact is easier to enter, such as a topic, a route, or a time limit you are glad to keep.

Write a second option that does not depend on that person, such as a class, a neighbor, or a standing call with someone else. Include when you will use it.

Free for personal use. Commercial use requires a Paid plan. Republishing is not allowed.
